Ok I took my time for watching Harry Potter, but I do my best to make up for time lost !

The second opus is more energic and tough that the first one.

Here we are ... now I can tell that I saw Harry potter at least one time in my life !!

The movie is very pleasant even if I am not a kid any more and even if the beginning is a little bit slow !

French Lunch with Chinese people ...

Blanquette of veal for everybody ! (more precisely, blanquette of beef !)
My Chinese co-tenant seem to enjoy it, but not the Roquefort ... they seem to be fully scared by it !!!

The Ninth Gate is a Roman Polanski's movie with Emmanuelle Seigner and Johnny Depp.

Very interesting movie except the last 5 minutes.

Program Centre ... For What ?

One week after the beginning of my training, I have my new CV !!

This program allows not only to have a new CV, but also to have some information or services very useful for unemployed : CV, application letter, job interview..., but also to phone, send CV use internet, print advertisements ... for free !!! (And I have also a part of my transport fees paid.)

Program Centre...

I go to my 9 AM appointment at the Programme Centre and I discover that I am enrolled in a 3 weeks training and then I have to go there at least 3 half days a week...

I know, that is not very serious, but I did not attend my first afternoon at the Program Centre...
But that is for a good reason because I must :

• go back at Acton Town to give the missing document for my NNI
• go at the Job Centre to give them my new adress
• go to the language school to warn them I will not attend the last week courses.

Ghost Ship ...

DVD renting, first candidate : Ghost Ship in VO (of course) ...
pleasant, not too much scaring.... there are better movies, but there are also worst !!!

Living with Chinese people...

DAY D : Here we are, I leave my room for a new life in a big 5 rooms flat whith 6 people therefore we will be 6 Chinese people and a French one !

I go at Acton Town in order to get my NNI (National Number Insurance".

Hopefully, the staff is very friendly because the building looks like a Stalynian jail !!!

Job Centre ...

Go to the Job Centre.
I ask some advice for having a nice 'British' CV and I am enrolled in the "Program Centre".
I have an appointment on March, 8th at 9.00 for having more information about it.

Here we are, the big departure !

• Direction St Exupery aeroport.
• Check-in and boarding without any problems after a meticulous search.

Here we are ... London...

• ... landing on time !! with view on the last Concorde of British Airways on the runway. I would have seen it at least one time, quite close ! (I am finally a little bit disapointed because it is quite small ... but only 100 passengers could fly with it, and not 300 or even more than 400 !)
• ... no needs to wait for the luggage, because they arrived quickly !
• Tube for going to Hanwell, in the West of London. (Hopefully, I found some kind people to help me for carrying my luggage outside from the station, which does not have any lift or escalator !)
• After leaving my stuff in my new 'home', go to the Job Centre, for my firts English administrative step.

Tomorrow : "Go to London !!!"

Now, last visit to the ASSEDIC (Frenchorganization managing
unemployment contributions and payments) for getting the E303 form, which will be very useful for having some unemployments rights during 3 months in London.

Step "Travelling" : plane tickets booked on British Airways.
Departure : 2004, February, 10th !!!

Step "English Courses" : Yep, I am registred for 4 English Lesson weeks in the school Language Link in Kensington - London via NACEL.
At least, I know where I am going to leave ... during the 4 first weeks !!!
